Chris and Lynn are the co-owners of Swyft Fitness. They’re united by a calling to build movement communities.

Chris is a former tech startup CMO, who previously was the SVP of Marketing at Fivestars, a venture-backed startup that raised over $100 million in funding and was acquired in 2023 by SumUp, a European fintech giant. Prior to Fivestars, he was the Global Head of Small Business Marketing at Meta and also was the Head of Acquisition Marketing, Asia-Pacific at Google. He has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Harvard.

Lynn is a professional dancer and certified GYROTONIC® trainer and pre-trainer. She’s a former Fulbright Fellow and was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Barnard. Chris and Lynn also co-own San Francisco GYROTONIC, one of the oldest Gyrotonic studios in the US.
